Fredrick Harrison Kabuu is an experienced Agronomist and Compliance Auditor, providing professional compliance and agronomy support to Premier Veg and its partner farms.
With a strong background in agronomy and farm compliance, Fredrick plays a key role in ensuring that all farm and packhouse operations meet international certification and export requirements. His work focuses on maintaining and implementing critical documentation and standards, including GLOBALG.A.P and SMETA, to ensure full traceability, food safety, and ethical compliance.
In addition to auditing and documentation, Fredrick is actively involved in training farm and packhouse workers. This includes capacity building at both farm-level and packhouse-level operations to ensure best agricultural practices, quality control, worker welfare, and compliance with international market standards.
Through Farmbase Consulting Limited, Fredrick supports Premier Veg’s commitment to quality, transparency, and continuous improvement across its grower network.
